A total of 1477 posts of 777 posts in temporary posts under the Women Empowerment Scheme (2nd phase) through Information Communication Technology aims to create ‘Information Apa: Digital Bangladesh’ directed by the National Women Organization of Women and Children Affairs Ministry. According to the notification, 980 posts of Information Service Assistant, 490 officers in the Information Service Officer, two Assistant Office of Computer Assistant Office, one in the post of poster, two for the post of Assistant Programmer, one for the programmer and one for the web administrator. Only female candidates can apply in both of these posts, Information Service Officer and Information Service Assistant, but in all other posts both men and women will be able to apply. Applicants must have passed HSC or equivalent examinations for application in Assistant posts. In this case, the third class or equivalent GPA of any public examination will not be accepted. As well as educational qualifications, applicants must have diploma or certificates in basic IT and be skilled in running Microsoft Office, Internet browsing and social media such as Facebook, Messenger, Twitter, Skype, LinkedIn, Video Conferencing etc. In this case the applicants will have to pass Standard Aptitude exam. Applicants for application for information service officer must have a diploma or equivalent degree from any recognized university or a diploma degree in respect to CSE or ICT related to any recognized polytechnic institute. In this case, the third class or equivalent CGPA will not be accepted in any public examination. As well as educational qualifications, applicants must have a basic IT diploma and be skilled in running Microsoft Office, Internet browsing and social media such as Facebook, Messenger, Twitter, Skype, LinkedIn, Video Conferencing etc. In this case the applicants will have to pass Standard Aptitude exam. In the case of recruitment, information will be given to the applicants with experience in the completion of the project (1st phase) on women empowerment through information technology, to create digital Bangladesh, and in that case their age will be relaxed.
Applicants for application in the Assistant Programmer must have a four-year graduate degree or equivalent degree equivalent to second class or equivalent CGPs related to computer science or CSE or ICT related subjects from any recognized university. In this case, there should be training and skill in structured programming or object oriented programming languages. The third class or equivalent CGPA will not be accepted in any public examination by the applicant’s educational qualification for the post. As well as educational qualifications, applicants must pass Standard Aptitude Test and become Associate Members of an accredited Professional Computer Society. In this case, those who have ITES or equivalent certificates, will be given preference in recruitment. Applicants for application to the programmaker must have a four-year graduate or equivalent degree in the Second Class or equivalent CGSP with respect to Computer Science or CSE or ICT related subjects from any recognized university. In this case, the third grade or equivalent CGPA will not be accepted in any public examination by the applicant’s educational qualification. As well as educational qualifications, applicants should have experience of minimum five-year job experience in Assistant Network Engineer, Assistant Programmer, Assistant System Analyst, Assistant Maintenance Engineer, Assistant Database Administration, Assistant Website Administrator, Assistant Website Administrator or relevant sector. In addition, the candidate must be a member of an accredited Professional Computer Society. In this case, those who have ITES or equivalent certificate, will be given preference in recruitment. Outside ‘Information Apa: In order to build a digital Bangladesh, the candidates will be given preference on this project, and their age will be considered as relaxable in the finished project titled’ Empowerment of Women through Information Technology (1st level) ‘.
Applicants for the application for the post of the applicant should be graduate in trade from any recognized university and must have a job experience in the minimum one-year government or semi-government or autonomous establishment. In addition, the applicants must be skilled in computer and accounting software and have passed the standard Aptitude test.
For application to the programmer and web administrator, the applicants should be aged up to the age of 35 years and the applicants should be of the highest age of 30 years for the application in all other positions. However, children of freedom fighters and martyred freedom fighters should have a maximum age of 32 years.

Applicants should apply online through https://secruitment.bcc.gov.bd online and apply online for all posts. To register for this, you must first register by e-mail and mobile number. After registration, a user ID and password will be provided in the registrar’s e-mail. Using the received User ID and password, subsequently login to the website and follow the instructions provided to complete the application steps. Candidates will be nominated finally through written, practical (Applicable cases) and oral examination from online applicants. At the time of oral examination, the applicants will have to take the original copy of the educational qualifications and other certificates and one set along with attested copies and required certificates.
Salary and other benefits
Candidates, who are finally nominated in all positions, will get salary and allowances as per the pay scale prescribed by the government. In this case, Information Service Assistant and Office Assistant Cum Computer Printers, the nominated candidates will be entitled to a salary of Rs 17.45, the nominated candidates for the post of information officer, the final nomination for the nominated candidates will be 27 thousand rupees, the final nomination for the nominated candidates is Tk 18,300, the post of Assistant Programmer The nominal candidates will get 35 thousand of the total salary Web Administrator and Programmer at Rs 00 and finally 56 candidates in total salary will be paid monthly at the rate of Rs 525.
